Senior Project Manager for Implementation of Inventory Platform
Job Description
For an exciting client in Copenhagen, we are looking for a senior project manager with documented experience in large IT implementation projects.
The assignment is to lead the implementation of a new Inventory System — a central SaaS platform that will serve as the company’s single source of truth for network assets and projects.
The platform will be a strategic cornerstone for future operations and must support higher data quality, better decision-making, and increased automation across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, managing, and executing the implementation project
- Data migration from existing systems, including Ramsite, and ensuring high data quality
- Establishing and coordinating integrations with OSS, ERP, and other business-critical systems
- Implementing standardized processes in line with the SaaS solution’s best practices, including align-to-SaaS
- Establishing governance structures for data, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
- Change management and organizational anchoring of the solution
- Ongoing risk management, follow-up, and reporting to the project steering group and other stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Solid experience as a project manager in complex IT implementations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
- Experience with risk management and governance
- Experience with data migration and system integrations
- Ability to create structure, progress, and organizational anchoring
- Experience from the telecom industry
- Experience with implementation of Inventory, Asset Management, or OSS-related solutions
- Experience with SaaS transformations and standardization of processes
The consultant must ensure that the implementation is carried out with high quality, strong governance, and a clear decision structure, so the solution is effectively embedded in the organization and creates value through improved operations, higher data quality, and increased automation.
