Business Analyst

Supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions that create measurable business value.

Working closely with digital product managers, digital product owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists in a collaborative setup.

Contributing to prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement across initiatives.

Acting as a trusted link between business and digital, helping create alignment and momentum.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder dialogue.

Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across different functions and perspectives.
