System Leader – Power Electronics & Electrical Architecture

We are looking for a driven System Leader in Power Electronics to define and develop our truck’s 24 VDC and 230 VAC power systems. You lead requirement creation, system interfaces, and documentation while aligning stakeholders across functions. Acting as the customer voice, you translate needs into clear technical direction. You guide component owners, secure system performance and quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast-moving engineering environment.
