Senior Digital Program Manager – Cyber Security Initiatives

We are looking for a Senior Digital Program Manager who can lead and drive complex, cross-functional cyber security programs in a digital environment. You will be responsible for program planning, scope, risk and dependency management, execution, follow-up and reporting, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives.

You will drive program execution end-to-end, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders to shared OKRs and ensuring that expected business value is realized. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to act as a servant leader and coach, and confidence in communicating at senior management level. Experience within cyber security, network and identity management is a strong advantage. You thrive in complex environments, can visualize consolidated roadmaps, and are passionate about using program management as a strategic enabler while continuously developing your own skills.
