Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager / Junior Project Assistant / Junior PMO to Support DORA Programme Manager for one of our clients in the Banking Industry.

Top Skills
Tasks related to the project management tools.
Carry out risk assessments both for the overall programme level and to ensure it is done on a workstream level. This includes relevant QRAs / CRMAs.
Status updates in the various tools we need to use for regulatory initiatives. Mainly Irma and a PowerApp tool developed by Group Regulatory Affairs.
Govern a traceability matrix that we need to keep updated for regulatory projects.
Responsible for resource management and tracking of budgeting associated with the DORA Niids number.
General communication towards stakeholders.
Support programme manager with driving one of the workstreams. Activities consist of breaking down the DORA legislative articles into internal requirements that we can use for conducting a gap analysis. The gap analysis is needed to define what activities we need to add to the line teams involved and/or existing projects.
Other ad-hoc tasks related coming from the programme manager.
