Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst / ServiceNow Consultant for our client in the Pharma Industry.
We need a business analyst with approximately 5 years of experience.
The task we need the consultant to drive is to improve data quality in ServiceNow (ITOM) which holds our CMDB data.
In order to manage this the consultant will get introduction to (some) of our quality issues and introduction / list of stakeholders to engage in order to manage improvement of data quality for our key business domains.
Top Skills
Excel in stakeholder management as there will be a need to engage with colleagues across the company
Have experience working with ServiceNow (ITOM)
Have experience with CMDB (data)
