As the Service Owner for our Mobile Telephony and Remote Access services working within Vattenfall IT, you are end-to-end responsible for the service catering to all of your Vattenfall colleagues in all countries.
You will be in frequent contact with representatives of several business areas to be able to determine the quality of the current service and to align the requirements for its future development.
You will of course lead reviews of the service using continuous service improvement processes, providing a clear and aligned service roadmap and set the strategy based on business requirement and market trends to deliver a stable, secure and innovative service for all Vattenfall employees.
Drive service development and improvements over time in collaboration with technical experts and business representatives
Ensure that all service models and service solutions designs are aligned to strategic architectural, governance and other corporate requirements
Ensure efficient and transparent financial management of the service in terms of pricing, volume and charge out
Ensure that improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted on and progress reports are regularly provided to key stakeholders
Act as escalation gateway from and towards the business units
Communicate and represent your service offerings towards employees of Vattenfall
6+ years of experience in Product Management or similar experience with strong customer focus
Proficiency with advanced modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and how to ensure device security and compliance.
Great understanding of zero-trust security models for mobile devices.
Detailed knowledge about various remote access and virtualization technologies (such as Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix) and related knowledge of full lifecycle management (upgrades and large scale roll-outs)
Experience and in-depth understanding of 5G technology and its impact on business and integration of mobile telephony with IoT devices.
Experience in strategy development, roadmapping and steering
Knowledge of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
Ability to design and deliver information and presentations to all levels of an organization
Strong financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure
Experience in shaping, delivering and improving service design, transition and delivery
Fluent in written and spoken English
