A Business Analyst/Architect to project with purpose to replace current system (HFM) with modern fit-for-purpose financial consolidation system. Future state is to perform group financial consolidation with support from a modern, efficient, and flexible system that optimizes the closing period process, increases quality, and lowers risk of errors through reduced manual work.
We need to strengthen the project team with capabilities of a Business Analyst/Architect in collecting (through workshops), visualizing, documenting business requirements, and evaluating their impact and our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst.
Objectives of the role
Drive identification of business requirements from users and key stakeholders and identify processes and information flows through evaluation of data.
Information analysis, requirements specifications, information mapping & modelling, including process flows.
Create Business Architect Outline (BAO), a business outline of a to-be information model, other related information domains, plus decided business rules and processes for the financial domain. (The BAO is the document that the SAD (Solution Architecture Description) will be based on which constitutes the total set of requirements to be used in the procurement process of the new system.)
Collaborate with project members, user groups and stakeholder teams to develop necessary analysis and documentation.
Communicating effectively and efficiently with other project teams, as required. E.g., Client Excellence platform with global CRM system, Data and Connectivity Platform, business transformation program in European division with ERP, WFM and ERP systems.
Collect, evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements during project lifecycle as input to the BAO.
Maintain business processes and data flows including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties, including project management.
Proven experience in requirement specifications, information, and data modelling
Practical experience generating process and data flow documentation and reports.
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Previous experience working with financial corporate performance management (FCPM) solutions.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, Miro
Extensive experience with data visualization
Proven capabilities in project management
