Job Description

Seeing WoW as a product, the WoW PO maintains and manages a WoW backlog including:
identifying needs
collaborating with process owners
bringing together work groups to collaborate on how to improve WoW
analyzing current state of our WoW
finding best way of complying to requirements
manage process documentation
establish and follow up on new/improved way of working

Examples of WoW improvements
Program onboarding
Change enablement process
Release management
Structuring program information

Collaborate with (in order of magnitude)
Program management
Scrum masters
Product Owners
DevOps teams
Other WCar Departments

Top skills
Experience with and knowledge of large-scale organizational process improvements
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Active listening skills
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization

Nice to have
Change management certification
Preferably experience from VW program (or possibly other parts of WCar)
