I am looking for a Quality Project Manager to drive the Customer Quality Case – Power Conversion.
Some will require steady monitoring and some will urgent topics will require full speed to quickly gather a team to identify root cause and come up with a containment action and a long term solution.
At Power Conversion we are responsible for all hardware in the EMOB system except for batteries. So you will be working with components such as DCDC Converters, On Board Chargers and other Power Electronics components, Connectors, Electric Motors etc…
Lead cross-functional QJ-teams in order to introduce solutions for product quality issues according to the QJ-process. Responsible of the QJ from Kick-Off to Market Ready (introduction in manufacturing and aftermarket).
Achieve QJ KPI targets: Total lead-time (from NEW to MR), containment action implementation and effectiveness – Unhappy to Happy
Request resources and key competences
Schedule the project activities and milestones
Delegate tasks within the QJ-team and engage the members
Document the QJ progress in relevant systems to secure QJ decisions and communication.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, high and low in the organization.
You have relevant experience working with quality management in product development / aftermarket
You should be able to demonstrate deep experiences with Customer Quality Requirements, Project Quality Planning, Control plans, 8D’s and RCA’s.
Competent in team building, planning, problem solving, decision making as well as ability to manage teams in a project organization.
