Job Description

Work tasks
Back-office support for product management organization
Support project managers in meeting organization (agenda, minutes of meeting, open item lists, etc.)
Support budget and capacity planning process
Coordinate activities between stakeholders
Secure data quality in the planning and reporting tools and systems
Report capacity and budget status internally to the management team
Organization and moderation of internal meetings (agenda planning, reporting of
Support capacity and budget planning process
Training of new employees on capacity and budget planning process
Plan, moderate and document ESS-internal status review meetings
(product management and sub-committee meeting)
Present data / status in management meetings

Top Skills
2y experience with VOLVO Group processes
Experience with “JIRA” and “Confluence” tools
Experience with “Modpack” tool
2y expertise in setting up own / tailored Excel macros for individual data analysis
Planning, moderation and documentation of internal meetings
Presentation skills
Structured and target oriented way of working
Networking, capable to connect with various different stakeholders
 1-2y project management skills
Good communication and moderation skills
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Education: BSc level in business / administration with some engineering background
