Job Description

Fully assign to our business transformation program to work cross our projects with the aim to create full transparency of resource utilization between projects. Together with project managers, plan and optimize competence needs to secure efficient program execution. In addition this role will also secure the process of new resource request and onboarding of new program members. Other PMO tasks and documentation/procedures is also part of this role.

Work tasks
Establish a simple tool as central master for all available resources and competences in the program.
On continues basis, together with project managers optimize the resource utilization cross projects.
Report to program management on gaps and over utilization of resources.
Create resource requests in our procurement tool.
Onboarding of new resources.

Top Skills
We seek for a person that has a passion for details, who are very accurate and with good communication skills. It´s an advantage if you have done similar work before. Able to work independently and with our primary resource requesters. Experience from working with SharePoint and MS project (or similar).

Location Remote in Sweden (Some visits to Huskvarna is mandatory)
