UX-Savvy Communication Manager for Strategic Banking Projects

We’re looking for a Communication Manager with strong UX design and copywriting skills to join a leading banking client. You’ll lead communication strategy across channels, create impactful content and video, and support educational initiatives. Simultaneously, you’ll enhance employee onboarding journeys and tools through data-driven UX improvements and user research. Must have 5+ years in communication/UX roles, excellent English skills, and a proven ability to drive change in multicultural setups. Experience with IT rollouts (like Windows Hello for Business) is a plus.
