Senior UX/UI Designer – User-Centric Digital Products

Are you a senior UX/UI designer who thrives on turning user insights into impactful digital solutions? In this role, you will lead and continuously improve the user experience of two globally deployed mobile applications focused on knowledge sharing and productivity in production environments. You act as a design consultant, driving high-quality user journeys, data input flows, and intuitive interfaces. Working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, you ensure design decisions are user-centered, business-driven, and technically feasible. You validate ideas with real users, iterate based on insights, and contribute to product vision, value propositions, and roadmaps while setting a high standard for design excellence.
