Senior UX Design Lead – Driving User-Centric Innovation Across Digital Platforms

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with strong leadership skills to elevate the user experience across our customer support platforms. You will work hands-on across interaction design, visual design, and research while guiding teams in user-centric methods. The role includes planning and facilitating interviews, usability testing, and workshops, as well as driving UX maturity and shaping concepts and prototypes. You thrive in agile environments and design seamless experiences across devices. On-site presence in Gothenburg is expected.
