Senior Test Engineer – Vehicle Validation & Verification Lead

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will define verification criteria for features, functions and field tests, delivering technical test requirements through simulation, bench rigs and on-vehicle trials. Responsibilities include performance and fuel-consumption measurements, wind-resistance and soiling studies, climate and durability testing, noise analysis, and feature verification. You will develop and execute test plans, analyze results, manage customer relationships in field trials, document findings in engineering reports, update test methods and technical requirements, and mentor junior engineers. Expert candidates will have 10+ years of test-engineering experience, proven leadership, project-ownership skills and a broad, cross-functional network.
