Job Description
We are looking for a senior Service Designer to support the development of customer-centric digital services at Volvo CE. You will drive optimization of service touchpoints, reduce inefficiencies, and co-create new customer-dealer-service experiences in close collaboration with D&IT and Sales. The role involves translating insights into strategy, designing customer journeys, and facilitating workshops in a cross-functional global team.
