Senior Product Safety Engineer – Driving Proactive Safety Excellence

As a Senior Product Safety Engineer, you will champion proactive safety throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll partner with design teams to identify and mitigate hazards early, develop and deliver engaging safety training, and ensure compliance with global safety standards. You’ll analyze product concepts to pinpoint risks, craft robust mitigation strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. With your strong communication skills and collaborative approach, you’ll work alongside Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Support to embed safety best practices into every stage of development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on product safety or functional safety experience
• Expert knowledge of safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
• Proven risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and training skills
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
