Senior IT Operations Excellence Leader

As the Senior IT Operations Excellence Leader, you will champion the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our production environment. You will own end-to-end production execution processes, act as the central liaison between business units, IT development teams, and operations, and oversee incident, problem, and change management in line with established SOPs. You’ll leverage your analytical skills to resolve complex production challenges, drive actionable process improvements, and communicate key metrics and statuses to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years’ team leadership experience in IT operations
• Hands-on expertise in SQL and Hadoop
• Background in the banking sector
• Proven track record in incident & problem defect management and change-gatekeeping
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong strategic mindset with a continuous-improvement focus
