Senior Calibration Leader – Drive Future Powertrain Solutions

We are seeking a Calibration Leader to oversee software and calibration updates for production engines. You’ll manage dataset variants across engines, vehicles, and power ratings, organize calibration review meetings, and issue DST release notes. This role includes prioritizing cross-team calibration activities and securing dataset deliveries for verification and release. Your goal is to optimize variant structures and datasets for quality and feature balance across the product range.
