Payroll Team Lead – HR & Compensation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Team Lead for a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will supervise a small team, manage escalations, and work closely with HR, Finance, external vendors, and tax authorities. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting, tax filings, and supporting audits. To succeed, you bring strong payroll expertise, leadership experience, knowledge of Workday and Kontek, and fluency in Swedish and English.
