For us to be at the forefront we are starting an initiative to scale up and
update our IT landscape for EU expansion capabilities. The initiative will be driven through
IT with focus on setting up capabilities for multiple EU companies to use.

We expect you to be the kind of person that thrives in an environment where not everything
is set and a solution needs to be defined, prototyped and implemented with emphasis on
automation, speed and reliability. You will work closely with business stakeholders,
architects, developers and other IT colleagues to ensure that the deliveries are met according
to expectations. We believe that a Devops approach and culture will be the key for success in
the collaboration. You need to be pragmatic, self-driven, curious and flexible with a “we’ll
find a way”-attitude.
The architects lead the development of a holistic enterprise architecture model for the
whole of the organisation
Is overall responsible for the architectural vision and strategy for the project
Drives technical investigations and initiatives
Understands business directions/objectives and market conditions to create and maintain
product vision
Drive scope discussions with stakeholders
Coordinate with EA and IAM architect as well as project manager and BA for the project

Competence
M.Sc. Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Long experience working as an enterprise architect or as a solution architect.
Experience in architectural modelling such as information, process, capabilities and
infrastructure models
Experience from corporate IT environment for a Holding setup with different companies and
local needs within
Experience from MSS Digital solutions and enabling capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Holistic view and capability to understand IT services in a business context.
Knowledge of Devops culture, Agile processes and principles
Proactive, self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
We also see that you have a team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to
guide and inspire others.
We think you have a senior skillset although with a young and fresh
view on technology and solutions.
The team is located in Göteborg, Lindholmen but works
with teams and stakeholders all over the world, especially in China.
