Job Description
We are now looking for a System Specialist/developer to join a consultancy assignment at Telenor Sverige.
We have a team & Systems Specialist that deliver, maintain and develop UC solutions for customers who are not able to use Telenor One X as a platform. We use products from Mitel to build customer unique solutions.
Assignment description:
- To develop a special customized product that interact with MiCC, google DialougeFlow and a customer unique API.
- The consultant will improve and develop an automatic booking bot.
Skill requirements:
- Experience from advanced MiCCE contact center solutions and custom script design.·
- Technical competence in VB.Net, C#, Script Designer and Google Dialogflow.
- Design and develop webservices.
