We’re seeking a seasoned Insider Threat & Personnel Vetting Consultant to enhance insider risk mitigation strategies and modernize vetting procedures. You will conduct a thorough review of current processes, benchmark against NIST and ISO 27001 standards, identify gaps, and design a robust vetting framework for employees, contractors, and third parties. You’ll develop continuous monitoring strategies, risk‑scoring models, and behavioral analytics approaches, and deliver a detailed implementation roadmap with timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
