Job Description

The client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join the development team at Unify. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, specializing in Node.js, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Design and develop new features for applications.
  • Optimize the existing codebase to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in backend development with Node.js.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with version control using GIT.
  • Skilled in modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks, particularly React.
  • Knowledge of pipelines and workflows.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS.
  • Proficiency in Docker.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Monorepo architectures.
  • Experience with React Native.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.

 

Soft skills:

  • A humble and driven individual who works in a structured manner and prioritizes high quality.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
