Senior Software Technical Coordinator

Senior Software Technical Coordinator for the client in Gothenburg. In the role as technical coordinator, you will be part of the team that coordinate and facilitate different activities across several agile teams and Agile Release Trains at the client, as well as with customers to deliver safety critical software according to customer expectations. The team members have extensive experience of software development, and the team is part of the Agile Release Train System & Features.

Tasks:

With your team you will analyze, coordinate, and facilitate the solution to complex challenges where many teams are involved

• Perform Software Lead activities
• Coordinate and synchronize software integration and delivery
• Support Customer Program Managers in technical discussions and planning
• Support the Agile Release Trains in technical discussions and planning
• Drive solutions to technical impediments that spread across ARTs and multiple external stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment on dependencies related to integration and delivery
• Support and facilitate configuration management
• Support the organization being a reference in both technical and process related topics

Qualification and Experience

Most likely you have a background as a skilled and passionate Software Engineer and may have had the role of Software Lead or technical Release Train Engineer or similar. Knowledge and experience from System Design and Verification is also a desired background. As a person you have an open, positive, and entrepreneurial hands-on problem-solving mindset.

• You have an ability to both zoom in to details and zoom out to get an overview
• You have good knowledge about the SAFe framework but most likely you do not have a background as Agile coach
• You enjoy driving tasks to completion
