We are looking for a consultant to transform CRM data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decision-making and stronger customer engagement. You will design scalable data schemas, automate CRM target setting, and optimize customer segmentation. The role includes building loyalty KPIs, reviewing customer journeys, and delivering Power BI dashboards that move seamlessly to the new datalake. Working with Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Azure, you will ensure clear, impactful visualizations for global stakeholders.
