Project Manager within Integration DevOps

For our client in Gothenburg we are looking for a Project Manager within Integration DevOps.

Integration DevOps is part of Foundational Products API&I department enables the organization to maximize the value of its digital ecosystem by managing and supporting integration capabilities, including Event Streaming, REST APIs, GraphQL, Messaging, iPaaS and EDI.

This role supports that new integration platforms are successfully transitioned from Architecture & New Platform into a stable operational environment, while continuously improving the way we work and support the business.

Responsibilities
Creating guidelines, playbooks, and documentation to support smooth transitions of platforms from Architecture & New Platform into Integration DevOps.
Acting as a facilitator of agile ways of working, helping the team adopt practices that improve productivity, collaboration, and cross-functionality.
Contributing to the cross-functional development of the Integration DevOps team, enabling it to support multiple platforms and products in parallel.
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment during transitions of existing and new platforms.

Strong in stakeholder management and capable of working with both technical and business oriented colleagues.
Familiarity with agile principles and team facilitation (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups).
Organized, detail oriented, and able to turn complex input into clear and actionable outcomes.
Curious about technology concepts such as APIs and integrations (no hands-on technical expertise required).

TopSkills
Experience in business analysis, coordination, or PMO-type support.
Background in agile coaching, scrum mastering, or team facilitation.
Prior exposure to integration technologies or digital platforms.
You will be part of the team that is at the core of our digital transformation journey.
Work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping how the Integration DevOps team operates.

To be a good fit for this role we believe you have 2-5 years relevant working experience.
