Embedded Software Application Engineer

We are looking for an engaged and experienced application developer. You want to take development from start, understanding user needs, make the implementation and quality assure the solution, in an agile team setup.

Competence focus for this role is embedded C, Autosar, and experience from implementation with ISO26262 requirements, for a fast-learning, curious and team-oriented profile.

Within Driver Interaction we work with defining and realizing the interaction with the driver through displays, stalks and switches.
We work in embedded C for core logics and C++/Qt for HMI visualization.

A main part of the developed code ends up in the instrument cluster (Driver Information Module).
The current HW is a 2 processor solution that is running autosar towards the vehicle and Linux/Yocto towards the graphical enginge Qt. We connect with CAN, LIN and ethernet.
Ethernet communication utilize SOME-IP, stomp and display sharing.
The work is done in a scrum team of about 6 people including dedicated PO and developing Scrum Master.
We believe in continuous integration and automatic regression testing where each team is responsible for its product over time. Truck knowledge is a great qualifier but not a necessity.
