Adoption & Communication Lead – AI & Automation

We are looking for a skilled Communication & Adoption Lead to drive change and adoption within the modern digital workplace. You will lead communication and training initiatives to increase usage of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Power Platform and Copilot. The role involves supporting users, ambassadors, and teams in applying AI and automation in daily work, producing tailored content such as guides, videos, and news. You will also analyze needs, track outcomes, and strengthen ambassador networks to ensure successful transformation.
