Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner & Scrum Master to lead a 7-person software development team. You will manage backlog priorities, run stand-ups, delegate tasks, and ensure features are delivered with quality. In close collaboration with the Product Lead and customer SPOCs, you will gather requirements, define improvements, and provide roadmap input. This dual role requires strong leadership, communication, and agile expertise to align technical delivery with business needs. Some travel may be required.
