UX Lead – Internal Employee Interface

We are seeking a UX Lead to drive the development of a new internal employee interface. You will establish the UX strategy and framework to ensure a unified, accessible, and user-friendly experience. Responsibilities include leading needs analysis, workshops, and user testing, as well as creating user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes in Figma. The role covers both strategic design and continuous improvements in close collaboration with business and development teams.
