Product Lead responsible for leading Digital Engineering scope within a key initiative for Penta

The role ensures the Digital Engineering track is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the initiative’s overall objectives.
The product lead coordinates activities, manages dependencies, drives issue resolution, and keeps stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities
Provide added value to the organization, through your expertise in Digital Transformation
Lead actions in order to get organizations, teams and individuals reaching right level of knowledge and ability, committed to transformation and change
Define track scope, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Lead planning and execution for the assigned track
Coordinate cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Escalate blockers and support timely decision-making
Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business requirements
Align track activities with the overall initiative plan
Prepare and present status updates to initiative leadership and stakeholders

Support change management and adoption activities, where relevant
