Job Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll support a dynamic Swedish HR team in a global setting. Your focus will be on rehabilitation, performance management, and driving change within an evolving organization. You bring deep knowledge of labor law, coaching, facilitation, and HR processes, ideally from a large international company. Strong communication in both Swedish and English is essential, as is the ability to navigate reorganizations and negotiations independently. A proactive mindset and ownership mentality are key.
