Lead Mechanical Engineer – Crank & PCU Systems

Join our global Powertrain Engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer responsible for the full lifecycle of Crank & Powertrain Control Unit (PCU) components for heavy-duty engines. You will drive technical development—from concept and roadmap input through detailed design, testing, and implementation—ensuring compliance with CO₂-neutral targets. Collaborate daily with purchasing, test engineers, suppliers, and international colleagues, leveraging strong communication and cross-functional leadership. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are structured, curious, and take initiative to improve processes.
