The team Engine & Transmission within the department Quality and Hybrid Propulsion is responsible for attributes, functions and systems connected to complete Engine and Gearbox installed in vehicle. This responsibility includes SW verification and release. We are two PO-teams, HW and SW, and in total 22 persons working as Product Owners, Component responsible HW, Component responsible SW, SW Testers and Design/CAD Engineers. We are a curious and supporting team with a high technical and functional interest.

We are now looking to strengthen our agile team with a SW Responsible/Coordinator. The job is highly diversified with many different tasks where project management is key.

To describe the work in more detail the following tasks can be mentioned:

    • Define and plan SW projects

    • Manage introduction of SW’s within the team and towards interfaces within the company such as Vehicle Program Management and Electrical Interface departments.

    • Responsible to quality assure the SW in order to meet internal standards

    • Release of SW and related documentation in our systems

    • Develop process, methods and tools to further improve your field

As a member of our agile team you will get a strong understanding and knowledge of the driveline projects and electrical development within the company. The extensive network will diversify your tasks and is a challenge as well as give you a great room for professional development

You and your skills We see that you have a Master of Science within mechatronics, electric or similar competence. You have experience in vehicle development and are used to work with agile methods and in agile teams. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and have driving license (type B).

Meritorious Experience from automotive Product Development and SW engineering within automotive development. We would also appreciate project management experience and if you have practiced as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
