Strategic Operations Lead – Serialisation & Change Management

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Lead to optimize and scale serialisation operations across 43+ packaging lines. You will ensure O&M excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution of change management, including patch and bugfix coordination with LoB. Your mission includes implementing OctoPlant, leading improvement initiatives, and facilitating key stakeholder processes such as PIP and Serialisation Connects. This role is critical in building frameworks and driving projects to support rapid operational expansion.
