As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. You will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and user access issues, ensuring fast and professional resolution. The role includes troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, managing user accounts and permissions, documenting incidents in a ticketing system, and collaborating with distributed IT teams across multiple countries. You will also support local initiatives and contribute to improvement projects, leveraging your onsite presence to enhance service quality and user experience. The position is onsite in Malmö, supporting users internationally.
