Senior Test Rig Maintenance Technician (Expert)

We are looking for a senior expert who ensures high availability and performance of advanced test rigs and test facilities. You will be responsible for calibration of measurement equipment, emissions and software data measurement, maintenance and repair of simple and complex devices, and execution of test schedules. The role includes root cause analysis based on fault reporting, supplier coordination for support and repairs, and safe handling of spare parts, fuels, and environmental requirements. On expert level, you act as a coach and mentor, lead assignments or sub-projects, contribute as product owner to roadmaps, and clearly connect technical work to overall TD/BA strategy and value creation.
