Senior Technical Lead – Data Warehouse & Data Platform Development

Are you a technical leader who enjoys combining hands-on data expertise with helping development teams deliver? This assignment focuses on modernizing and developing a Data Warehouse and decision-support architecture, with responsibility for technical quality, delivery capability, and long-term sustainability.

You will lead and support one or more Data Warehouse teams, coordinate planning and priorities, remove delivery obstacles, and guide complex technical decisions. You will contribute to Data Warehouse design, data integrations, ETL, data modelling, and scalable solutions, while balancing new functionality, performance, maintainability, and technical debt. Close collaboration with architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders is central to the role.

Must-have: Relevant higher education or equivalent competence through at least five years of IT experience; five years of documented team leadership, Data Warehouse development/design and integration, and data modelling; three years of planning and prioritizing development with product owners; documented cross-functional collaboration in at least two assignments; and Swedish communication skills.

Nice to have: Hands-on ETL/backend development, Informatica or equivalent, SQL, Data Vault, dimensional modelling, technical architecture decisions, and product ownership or roadmap experience.
