Job Description

We are looking for a senior Service Management specialist and strategic advisor with deep expertise in ServiceNow. The assignment combines technical responsibility for the ServiceNow platform with a strategic mandate to evaluate and competitively assess the current service management solution.
You will work independently and platform-agnostically, leading analyses, workshops, and studies to support fact-based decisions. The role includes platform governance, configuration and continuous improvement, as well as leading a pre-study covering current-state analysis, market and vendor evaluation, and business case development. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements are essential.
