Senior AI Platform Engineer – AI & Agentic Platforms

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineer to help shape the next generation of AI-assisted software development. You will work at the intersection of platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and generative AI—creating the technical foundations that enable global engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate AI applications and agentic workflows.

About the role
You will translate a strategic AI blueprint into practical platform capabilities, reusable reference implementations, and clear engineering standards.

Your focus will be on moving AI initiatives beyond the prototype stage. This includes building secure execution environments, deployment automation, model and tool integrations, observability, operational governance, and reusable “golden paths” for development teams.

The role combines strong cloud and DevOps expertise with hands-on experience in bringing machine learning, generative AI, or agentic solutions into production.

Your responsibilities
– Design, implement, document, and operate platform capabilities for AI-enabled applications
– Build reusable platform patterns and golden paths for generative AI and agentic workflows
– Turn AI prototypes into secure, observable, scalable, and supportable production services
– Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments
– Integrate AI models, tools, agent runtimes, and knowledge sources into platform solutions
– Establish practical engineering standards and security guardrails together with AI, cloud, data, security, and product teams
– Implement telemetry for areas such as latency, cost, tool usage, and task outcomes
– Troubleshoot operational issues and continuously improve platform reliability and developer experience

We believe you have
– At least five years of professional experience within Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or backend infrastructure engineering
– Strong hands-on experience with Linux, containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
– Experience operating production workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP
– Strong scripting or software engineering skills in Python, Go, Bash, or a comparable language
– Experience designing and operating reliable production services, including monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
– Practical experience with MLOps, LLMOps, generative AI applications, AI platforms, or agentic workflows
– Familiarity with AI-agent runtimes, tool calling, RAG, knowledge-enabled applications, or AI coding assistants
– A security-minded approach to identity, secrets management, network access, authorization, and least-privilege design
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, security, cloud, data, and product teams

It is especially valuable if you have experience with
– Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, and cloud-native platform engineering
– Productionizing LLM or agentic applications
– Model-provider integrations, tool calling, agent workflows, or AI coding assistants
– Frameworks and tools such as OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, Pydantic AI, or similar
– Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable patterns for controlled tool access
– OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and observability for AI workloads
– Vector databases, search platforms, knowledge ingestion, model routing, evaluation, or LLM cost management
– Policy as Code, API security, and authorization
– Temporal, cloud-based key vaults, or sandboxed execution environments
