Senior Accounting Specialist – Financial Reporting & Group Accounting

Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys combining hands-on financial reporting with analysis and continuous improvement? This assignment offers a central role within Group Finance and Business Services, working closely with company representatives and fellow accounting specialists.

You will be responsible for operational accounting activities, including financial closing, financial reporting, preparation of annual reports and tax returns, and related analysis. The role also covers VAT, tax calculations, declarations, and fixed asset registers. You will initiate and drive smaller investigations and improvement projects to ensure accounting quality and compliance with internal and external accounting principles and legal requirements.

Must-have: Higher education or equivalent, several years of experience in accounting, financial closing, and financial reporting, and strong organizational and control skills. You should understand how broader business processes connect to accounting, communicate confidently, and build relationships across the organization. Swedish and English are required.

Nice to have: Experience with Agresso or other ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and experience in the grocery or real estate sectors. Real estate experience is particularly valuable.
