Customer to us is now looking for a People Experience HR Business Partner that can support their team.

Changes in consumer behaviors and views on car ownership are pushing the online experience to the heart of the company’s commercial transformation. By establishing direct relationships with consumers all over the world, they intend to become the industry leader in online sales of electric cars.

They are undergoing a radical transformation in the way they design, build, and improve their digital products and offers. To set themselves up for success and hyper growth they are bringing business, product, tech and User Experience together in empowered, cross-functional teams. They are now looking for two People Experience Business Partners to join them in the commercial part of the business.

What you will do: 
As you will be joining a fast moving, growing organization they are looking for an experienced HR professional who can handle all things people related specifically focusing on supporting the Commercial PX team and the Leaders within the organization on different subject such as Performance Management, rehab incidents and system updates.

You will guide and train new Managers to embody the leadership of the company and to represent their people processes and solutions. You will collaborate with a network of PX Business partners in different parts of the world, as well as their central teams like Labour affairs, Company Academy and Workplace Experience to give a few examples.

You will be reporting to the Head of People Experience, Commercial Digital, and you will partner with the central PX team where they work cross functionally and have focus on collaboration.

You and your skills: 
They believe you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar background, together with a few years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist. You have good knowledge of Swedish labour laws, and a good overview of progressive HR practices and processes. Experience in using SuccessFactors will be prioritized.

Their business language is English, and you will be based in Gothenburg.
