Product Manager – Digital Employee Platforms

Lead the modernization of daily work for thousands of store employees by transforming manual in-store processes into efficient digital solutions. You will own vision, roadmap and delivery for a growing product area covering web, mobile and handheld applications used in high-volume retail operations. Working in a scaled agile environment, you will translate operational needs into user-centric products, drive value-based prioritization, and coordinate across architects, developers, vendors and business stakeholders. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on Product Owner responsibility for a new team building a member-focused application, within an Azure-based, integration-heavy landscape.
