Technical Onsite Support

Manufacturing IT searching for an Onsite Technician working mainly with equipment such as PC, Scanners, printers. Onsite work, day time both at Huskvarna but also in Brastad.

Tasks
Perform IT Support on-site in the factories.
Configure factory equipment such a scanners, printers, PC’s etc. Initiate, drive and perform root cause analysis of issues in manufacturing
Actively contribute to the development of Manufacturing IT support within Husqvarna Brand Division.
Required skills
Experience and competence in client management, Active Directory, Office365 Windows Server.
Experience in managing network and network components, cable and wireless.
Data cabling / Computer facilities maintenance
Ability to work in a project team, planning activities, managing time and tasks, reporting task completion
Basics of handling solutions using OT [device communication, diagnostics] – Basic knowledge of communication with machines – communication with PLC and other devices
Ability to stand stress and enjoy working in an unpredicted environment.
Self-motivated and self-managed personality.
