Job Description

As IT Contract Manger, your purpose is to enable and drive the execution and management of IT contracts by identifying and proactively managing contractual and commercial risks and issues ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Further, you will drive efficiency agenda trough standardisation and digitalisation in line with the overall ISS strategy and by continuously contributing to the development and maintenance of tools, templates, methods and processes ensuring a best-in-class management of contracts.

Who you are
The person must be able to help with building up contract and supplier management function, including creating templates, describing processes, create overview/reporting methods, collecting data, structure data. We need to have a specified and written operating model for contract and supplier management
In addition the right person will also be involved in management of some specific contracts.

By the end of April 2021, an operating model must be in place on an overall level.

The ideal person should be able to
Provide contractual advice and guidance in a clear and easy to understand way
Successfully translating business needs into legal frameworks
Drive and/or support contractual processes
Drive efficiency agenda trough standardisation and digitalisation
Effectively monitoring and/or managing of milestones and/or relevant KPIs/SLAs
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Key areas of collaboration and influence
Development of contract management function across the entire organization
Support senior leadership team and GSS in general with contractual matters
Ensure organizational process alignment

Ideal experience:
Strong professional background in contract management
5+ years of extensive experience in managing large IT contracts, including transformation and outsourcing contracts
You have a MSc. in business administration and commercial law (Cand.merc.(jur)) or a degree in economics, commercial law or similar

Solid experience with management of complex issues
Solid insight in legal and commercial matters
Superior stakeholder management skills and experience with navigating on management level
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any organizational level and you have experience in working across functions
Strong communicator with excellent analytical and documentation skills ensuring great attention to detail and the highest level of accuracy
Solution-driven and with a pragmatic business approach and thrive with managing a wide range of stakeholders and tasks
