Recruitment Partner for a big facility management company

The key to success in this role is your ability to proactively drive recruitment across function in a complex international setting.
It is crucial that you are hands-on and operational in delivering results. You are also at ease building relationships with people at all levels.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of five years experience working with recruitment, for example combined experience as researcher and recruitment consultant.
  • Experienced in using an Application Tracking System (ATS), e.g. SuccessFactors.
  • Certified in relevant psychometric and cognitive assessment tools.
  • Solid experience with assessment feedback.
  • Relevant educational background within Human Resources, Communications, Business etc.
