Support, operate and maintain a group of platforms. Handle life cycle management and ensuring platform functionality and stability. Be accountable for operational supplier management, e.g. responsibility for operational delivery and handling system failures. Establish and maintain SLA with Solution Owners at Inter company. Establish internal and external agreements as required to fulfil SLA for the platform. Manage platform budget forecasts and drive improvements in cost efficiency. Help in applying best practice in service operations, continually driving to improve service and performance. Work across initiatives within INGKA and INTER Group, steering solutions towards the correct architecture.
Skills Required: IT Service Management, Leadership, Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, Ability to handle and explain complex situations, Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required, Swedish is a plus).
Knowledge in and experience from working with: IT Support management, Infrastructure, Integrations, Budget/Financial follow up, Vendor/Contract management, Customer Relationship. Business Intelligence experience and/or experience from assignment at IKEA is a plus as well as Qlikview/Qliksence experience.
