Scope is not limited to specific product projects, work from a broader perspective including full range from ICE via BEV to FCEV etc. Deliveries consider entire lifecycle of development with active participation in feasibility and early concept investigations as well as industrialization verification. Dependent on networking across the organization. Dependencies and networking include external collaboration and strategic partnerships. Develop acquired competence, as well as participate in verification methodology development. Develop and secure required competences within the company in a defined, top-critical and strategic technology area. Coach team members in fuel efficiency verification activities. Take an active part in the long-term development of the complete driveline mechatronic system. Take part in finding solutions for all aspects. Responsible to take part in developing fuel efficiency verification strategies and roadmaps. Lead continuous improvement actions.
Knowledge in and understanding of the complete gearbox system including electrical, mechanical and pneumatic parts.
